National Student Housing Survey
Prize Draw Rules

1. The competition is only open to persons:
a. Aged 18 or over;
b. who have completed the survey; and
c. returned it with a valid email address for notification purposes.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. The draw is not open to employees or staff of Red Brick Media Group Ltd, or their agents, families or partners.
4. All entrants must accept these rules. In the event of any dispute about the rules, the dispute will be handled by the director of Red Brick Media Group Ltd whose decision will be final.
5. No more than one entry per person is allowed.
6. The prize to be won is a Nintendo Wii VIP bundle including console, remote controllers, chargers, nunchucks, Wii Fit with accessories and games. In the event that the prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control an equivalent cash prize will be awarded at the discretion of Red Brick Media Group Ltd.
7. The winning entry will be selected at random from the valid and complete surveys submitted by midnight 1st July. The draw will take place within 7 days of this date.
8. No late, delayed or lost entries will be considered. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
9. The winner will be notified by email to the email address they supplied with their entry. If they do not claim their prize and have their entry validated within one month of notification, they forfeit their prize and another random winner will be selected in their place.
10. The prize will be sent by post and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage.
11. The name of the winner's university, their age-range and gender information will be available on request after 1st August by emailing info@nshs.co.uk. For data protection reasons, no "personally identifiable" data about the winner will be given.
12. The prize draw is operated by Red Brick Media Group Ltd (Co: 06076998).
13. These rules operate and should be read in conjuction with the privacy policy.
