Each year the NSHS makes a number of awards to celebrate organisations who receive outstanding student feedback.

 

The Awards | Current Years Winners

The National Student Housing Survey (NSHS) is an annual survey of students in higher education across the UK. The survey measures satisfaction levels in all types of accommodation and allows participating institutions to measure their performance against national and regional benchmarks. The 2012 survey attracted nearly 19,000 responses from more than 120 universities and colleges across the UK.

To help organisations demonstrate their accommodation standards to international students a quality mark was introduced in 2011. The mark will be awarded to organisations who achieve at least a 90% positive satisfaction rating from international students. It will be licensed for 1 year from the award date for promotional use in print and online.
